A city on the... grow
Here's a quick, interesting note: Raleigh (and the suburb area Cary) ranks as the fastest-growing metro area in the United States between 2007 and 2008. The city's population grew 4.3 percent in that time, topping 1.1 million residents. Austin was the second fastest-growing area, weighing in with a 3.8 percent increase.

I take this to be good news. Maybe we'll get an IKEA out of it.
I'm very glad to be living here, and although we are clearly not trendsetters, (the survey actually runs from July 1, 2007 to July 1, 2008 - we moved on July 15, 2008 and are not included in these statistics) I am happy that my new home is healthy.
