Ira

Well, as you can see we have adopted another Greyhound.

His name is Ira. He is absolutely beautiful.

He is not a replacement for Julian. Nothing could replace Julian. But we have the resources for another dog, and specifically for another Greyhound. We have cold-weather jackets specifically made for Greyhounds, we have way too many pillows for a single dog, and the house feels empty without a Greyhound sleeping in it.

He gets along really well with Lux. They have the same manic energy and interest in the outside world. And although both dogs are fantastic, individual beings, Ira and Julian could not be more different.
